1)      Point chart -  attachment to special regulations of the event
After having tried various “simulations” of the event and carefully evaluated the results.  We have decided to substitute the intial score table of the special regulations with the new one, attached. 

2)      Supplementary Regulations - Art. 15  - Penalities
Include the following modifications: 

15.3 -  Secret transit checks

• for upto 20 minutes early arrival: negative penalty of 320 points 

15.6 - Other penalties

• not leaving at the established time and in the established order: negative penalty of 100 points  
• stopping the car in a control zone (stopped car): negative penalty of 100 points
• the crews unauthorized access to a control zone (the penalties here will be reviewed on a  case by case basis):  negative penalty of 300 points 

 Everything NOT listed above is unchanged

3)      Zero car  “0” - “zero car test crono”
We would like to underline that for technical reasons, this car will be identified by the number 400.
