DECISION  N° 1    TAKEN BY THE CLERK OF THE COURSE
15.05.09 - 8.30 a.m.

The Clerk of the Course,
- having seen the report written by the Marshals in charge of TC 2 - Desenzano;
- having seen the report written bye the Marshals in charge of PC 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 "Brescia Castello" where severe delays caused by an incident involving the fire brigade have affected more than 50% of the entrants;
- having spoken to the other officials who were in the convoy as controllers;
- in agreement with the Panel of the Stewards of the Meeting

 

has decided

 

to cancel any penalties for the late arrivals at TC 2 - Desenzano.
